At 2XU, we want to ensure you have the right gear to power your performance; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place your unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
