How do I find the right size for compression gear?
To get the full benefits of 2XU compression, the fit should be firm but comfortable. Please refer to our detailed size charts which use height and weight measurements to ensure you get the correct level of graduated pressure.
What is the best way to care for my 2XU products?
We recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and hanging to dry in the shade. Avoid using fabric softeners or tumble dryers, as high heat can damage the technical elastane fibers.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and undergarments cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Does 2XU offer a product warranty?
Yes, all 2XU products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
